Dr. Tang Lei graduated from the Department of Biology at Peking University and later obtained a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Washington School of Medicine (St. Louis). During her tenure at Sanofi, she participated in leading multiple new drug development projects, creating biopharmaceutical development platforms, and evaluating introduced projects. Dr. Tang Lei is currently responsible for all translational medicine and early development functions in China, including pharmacokinetics, translational medicine, clinical pharmacology, project operations, biomarkers and biological analysis, and precision medicine.
