Mr. Kenneth Fok Kai-kong is Vice President of the All-China Youth Federation, a deputyto the National People's Congress and a member of the Legislative Council of the HongKong Special Administrative Region. Currently as Vice President of Fok Ying TungGroup, Mr. Fok is responsible for the Group’s business development in the mainland andHong Kong.Mr. Fok is enthusiastic in sport development. He has been a member of the SportsFederation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China since 2009 and is its incumbentVice President. He has been a member of the International Relations Committee of theOlympic Council of Asia (OCA) since 2010. Mr. Fok has been President of the AsianElectronicSportsFederation(AESF)since2017.HeisalsothePresidentoftheGymnastics Association of Hong Kong, China and the Federation of District SportsAssociations of Hong Kong.Mr. Fok has been actively promoting youth development and participating in socialaffairs and has been engaged in youth development work since 2006. He held significantrolesinmanyyouthorganizationsandfacilitatedtheplanofyouthinnovation,entrepreneurshipand employment. He is now the Vice President of Tianjin YouthFederation,PermanentHonoraryChairmanoftheHongKongYouthActivitiesCommittee, advisor of the Hong Kong Youth Federation, Honorary Chairman of TheY.Elites Association.As an advocate and promoter of Hong Kong’s cultural policy, Mr. Fok has activelypromoted the formulation of sound cultural policies by the HKSAR government. He isalso a member of the China Federation of Literary and Arts Circles, the Chairman ofHong Kong Art Development Council, Board Member of the West Kowloon CulturalDistrict Authority and a member of theCulture Commission of the Culture, Sports and TourismBureau, HKSAR.
